They are here! Up they come – pop pop – they were fairly triffid-like last year and may have inspired some fear in passers by so I am attempting some careful relocating of the seedlings as they appear, to places around the garden in need of brightening up. Having totally failed to make cheap-ass capers from the glut last year I have resolved to try harder and get busy with the vinegar come Autumn. But for now I will just try to stay on top of the outbreak.
