Cheese + Bees

So here is exhibit A. Carluccio’s cheeseboard.

Visually not that exciting you might think. Whilst my dainty companion thought the Parmesan too overwhelming to eat in great big hunks I managed to polish it off nicely – but the main reason why it was all so m0reish was the saucer of honey which we drizzled and dipped on everything. Truly delicious and surprising. Just like my sparkly pal.
